This Updating Course on Basic Training – Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (BT-PSSR) equips seafarers with updated competencies aligned with the STCW Convention, as amended, specifically Table A-VI/1-4. In line with MSC Resolution 560 (108), this course ensures that participants maintain essential safety and social responsibility skills. The course is delivered entirely through asynchronous e-learning. Theory is covered via self-paced LMS modules, and practical skills are assessed remotely through structured tasks and submitted evidence. The entire eight-hour course complies with MARINA Memorandum Circular No. SC-2021-10 and our Quality Standards System.
