This manual is written for instructors who deliver approved distance-learning or blended-learning courses through the LMS. It consolidates the operational controls that most directly affect instructors: course shell readiness, live delivery, asynchronous monitoring, learner support, formative assessment, recording, practical transition, evidence filing, and close-out.

It is a working guide. Use it together with the active schedule, course-specific Instructor Guide, approved course package, and current assessment and support controls.

Mandatory Pre-Course Requirement

Welcome to the LMS Orientation Module

This is a mandatory self-paced pre-course requirement for all trainees enrolled in distance-learning and blended-learning courses.

Purpose of the Orientation Module

Its purpose is to prepare you for the course by guiding you through the course structure, LMS navigation, learner responsibilities, key policies, assessment rules, support channels, and other important requirements before access to Day 1 instruction is released.

What You Need to Do

Step 1: Go through all sections of the module carefully.
Step 2: Review the required guidance.
Step 3: Complete the orientation and knowledge checks.

Your completion progress, quiz attempts, and related orientation records are tracked in the LMS.

Important Deadline

This orientation must be completed before the approved course-access deadline and before Day 1 of instruction.

Access Condition Before Course Release

Please note that your main course modules will remain locked until you have completed this Orientation Module.

Once these requirements are cleared, your status will move from Pending Orientation to Orientation Done, and course access will be released.

Non-Completion Reminder

Learners who do not complete the orientation by the deadline may be barred from course access and may be placed under Manual Review, deferment, or cancellation in accordance with approved procedures.
